June 2026. The core project reference for the institutional proposition, ASTRA-C lifecycle, Foundational Trade Value (FTV) and ITCA concepts, governance design, regulatory positioning and proposed pilot approach.
The institutional framework identifies an operational manual to be developed, covering stage procedures, contract templates, inspection protocols, FTV calculations and ITCA scoring.
